Pricing questions
What counts as a “page”?
One page of your PDF document. A typical bank statement is 2–6 pages; most invoices and receipts are 1 page. You only pay for pages you actually convert.
Do credits expire?
Never. Credit-pack pages stay on your account until you use them — no monthly reset, no “use it or lose it”.
Can I switch or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing page in one click. If you cancel a subscription you keep full access until the end of your billing period.
Is my statement data safe?
Completely. Your PDF is processed in memory and discarded the moment your file is ready. We never write transaction data to disk or a database.
Which format do I get?
Every conversion gives you both a CSV and a QBO (OFX) file. QBO imports straight into QuickBooks and Xero; CSV works with Excel, Sage, FreshBooks, Wave and virtually any accounting tool.
